Text message reminders
When you book an appointment with Masgutova Method — Lake Nona, we can send you text messages about that appointment — a confirmation when you book, and a reminder before your visit. That is all we use texts for: appointment confirmations and reminders. We never send marketing messages.
How you opt in
You opt in by giving your mobile number when you book and agreeing to receive appointment texts at that number. If you book by phone, you can ask a team member to text you your confirmation.
How often
Message frequency depends on your appointments — typically one confirmation and one or two reminders per visit.
Opting out & help
Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts. Reply HELP for help, or call the clinic. Message and data rates may apply.
Your privacy
We never sell or share your mobile number. Texts are used only to help you keep your appointments — this is a scheduling tool, not a medical record.
